Dr. Cruise requires his patients having their gynecomastia procedure under general anesthesia have someone accompany them for the first 24 hours of their gynecomastia recovery. For this reason, patients traveling for gynecomastia surgery, who have no one with them must stay, at a minimum, one night at our luxurious over night recovery facility, Privé in Irvine, CA.
Privé provides the highest level of care, safety and comfort to our gynecomastia recovery patients and the staff knows all of Dr. Cruise's post-surgery protocols. The owner, Pamyla St. James, has over 14 years experience working with some of the most accomplished and highly qualified plastic surgeons in the world, which has earned Pamela a high level of respect and integrity in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and Orange County.
Dr. Cruise contacts his gynecomastia patients the evening following surgery to ensure all is well. The following day, Privé drives our gynecomastia recovery patients to their first post-operative appointment.

Gynecomastia surgery performed in-office under local anesthesia, do not require gynecomastia recovery at a specified facility, however it is recommended someone be present for the first 24 hours as a precautionary measure. Following local anesthesia cases, patients are not allowed to drive themselves, therefore we recommend arranging transportation through a friend, family member or car service such as Uber, Lyft or a taxi.
Many of Dr. Cruise's patients travel from out of the area by themselves to have gynecomastia surgery. Our friendly and knowledgable team can assist with your travel arrangements, recovery plans, and other details. The goal is to ensure you have the best possible gynecomastia surgical experience possible.
