This patient kept himself in great physical shape but despite his best efforts, was dissatisfied with his chest. Dr. Cruise diagnosed him with type 3 gynecomastia and performed his surgery under local anesthesia. Inferior and Superior incisions were recommended to retighten areola after tissue removal. This patient can now enjoy seeing the contour of his pec muscles without ever worrying about Gynecomastia again.
