This is a 26 yr. old male bodybuilder who sought out gynecomastia surgeon Dr. Jopseh Cruise in Newport Beach, California. He was unhappy with the rounding at the lower portion of his chest and wanted to get rid of his puffy nipples. Dr. Cruise classified him as a Type 3 and performed surgery using a small happy face incision along the lower margin of his areolas.
