Here are before and after pictures of a 64-year-old patient who underwent Gynecomastia surgery to tighten his chest. While he had minor gynecomastia for years prior to surgery, it wasn't until he was older that the skin laxity caused it to look much worse. He decided to have surgery to improve his appearance. Dr. Cruise classified him as a Type 4. His procedure was performed in-office under local anesthesia. The main goal was to remove glandular tissue and tighten the skin. This was done by using a free nipple graft incision. The incisions will improve over time. He is very happy with the appearance of his chest.
